Tikona — Horrible Connectivity

This email is with regards to Amit Halder Who doesnt fix my net . I have been facing connectivity issues from the past one week and after repeated calls i finally managed to raise a complaint for an engineer visit and after that Amit Halder doesnt pick up my phone . Behaves rudely with me and doesnt fix my net he came yesterday to fix my net but he didnt do anyhting and i showed him the number of ping drops and after that also he didnt bother and told me its working fine and walked away . I am personally going to register a complaint against him because of his behaviour towards customers . I am using your service since 4 years and this is what i get from you . I have referred Tikona to 4 people and still i dont get any Discount . I dont even care of the discount but i dont even get proper service from you . Its really sad to see anisp like tikona . Its my request that you send an engineer and replace my wire as well as my RoofTop Device because i have Connectivity issues daily since the 6th of this Month . Its been 15 days + and my issue hasnt yet been resolved i have made complaints several times regarding my issue and still i dont get any solution for it . Every time the customer care tells me that my Rooftop device has an issue . Engineer Named : Suman visited my house for a resolution he did nothing all he did was that he told me that My Wire needs replacement and after that he didnt contact me nor did he replace it .
