Tikona — I am complaining about service and call and mail for money | |||
This is from SURAT. Tikona service is worst service ever. I mail 2 times for disconnect the plans but they mail me and call me for paying money which I not used as much. They make calls for Paying money. Why should I pay money? When I call to customer care then they are telling that give us last chance. This is 4 to 5 times they told but no one came for disconnect the connection. I do not want to pay my bill for last usage because they didn't provide good service. My User ID number is [protected]. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on that basis we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
