[Resolved] Tikona — I am complaining about the poor customer service | |||
Hello Tikona I had called technical support for technical support. An engineer was assigned, but he said he was not the person and gave somebody else's number saying that person was suppoaed yo check and the next person also denied... Also, when i am re-calling tikona, they are repetatively saying an engineer is assigned and disconnecting the call. The person assigned is denyingthat he hasto check.
