[Resolved] Tikona — I am doing this complaint because they are not providing me the services | |||||
I m fed from tikona customer care department...I called them many times for the same issue that my net is not working and please send an executive at my place to resolve this solution from the month of decemeber.But at that month also i told them please i want to disconnect the line.So after hearing that sentence they scheduled an executive but after 7 days the same issue started coming.On 10th of january 2016 i told them to discontinue my line.They told me within 24 hrs our executive will call you but till now it is more than 24 hrs so i have told them that if you will take more than 24hrs to make sure about my disconnection dates and all otherwise i am not gonna pay a single penny.So thats what its my request to you Was this information helpful? | |||||
