[Resolved] Tikona — I am receiving calls and SMS regarding bill for no service. | |||
My customer ID is [protected]. I am receiving overdue msg of 3134 on my message for legal action etc. Even after not having service from so many complaints to tikona, i switched to some other vendor. you can check for complaints for 3 months. you even failed to switch the connection to new address. I manage to instal connection myself. After such issues. even after calling your person to come and take your device, you never came to my place. I guess you guys are unprofessional at every point. you are not able to give service at first point after that you didn't visit my place even for my issue. finally you never came to my house for the device itself. The dues made by your end was of no service and after non use. I hope you resolve my issue. Please check my complaint history before calling me. i almost suffer 3-4 months before switching the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
