I want to close my tikona broadband connection due to disconnection of internet. My tikona User ID is [protected]. Company customer care can not assist us. I was called on this number [protected] (Customer Care number) for so many times. I had deposited Rs, 2500 for 3 months. I hardly used this net only for the check the internet connection from last four days. I want to close the connection immediately and also return my deposit amount of Rs 2500.
