Hi Sir/Madam,
This is Jeyakaran M, using Tikona [protected] .As I have given a Phone instruction twice last week for discontinuation of the plan. I am going to abroad so I cant use the plan from April 15th.So I want you to discontinue the plan and not put any bill for current billing cycle because I have paid till April 14th 2017.

With regards to your concern, please note that your account termination request is in progress and disconnection team will get back to you on the same.
Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

As I posted this 5 years ago stating that I want to discontinue and you guys acknowledged the same. Still I am getting a legal notice stating to pay the due. As I mentioned I have paid in full for all the month. Then you charged me for the next billing cycle that is May. Kindly confirm me why I need to pay for my discontinued connection.
