Tikona Infinet Limited — fraud on providing the new connection

Since 19th march 2020, i am follow-up regards new broadband connection from tikona (Discussed with kailash jadhav, m-[protected], [protected]). During our first interaction mr. Kailash jadhav assured me to provide the connection on the same day evening & asked me to provide identity details in whatsapp. After receiving all valid id proofs & house lease agreement he asked me to pay the 3-months subscription charges (Rs. 2404.00) in advance.

However, at first i denied to pay in advance & asked to give the connection thereafter i will pay. But he told me that it is mandatory to pay in advance cause to making work order for installation. Again he told me that he will send me their web link for payment. Later he delayed on giving the link & showing the server issues.

On 20th march, mr. Hemant yuvaraj bhamare (Sales executive, tikona, m-[protected]) contacted me & provide the link in whatsapp for payment. Mr. Hemant forced me to pay on the day & assured to provide the connection on/before 12:00pm, 21st march. I paid accordingly & waiting for the connection.

On 21st march, i shocked when observed that tikona sales executives (Both mr. Kailash & hemant) ain't attending my call. After having repeated call mr. Hemant attend my call at 12:00pm & explained that his phone was on silent mode, again he assured to give the new connection with immediate effect. Afterwards, he acted as a fraud i. E, many times not responding my call, 2~3 times attend my call & put me in hold or not communicating. However, mr. Kailash (M-[protected]) blocked my number. After checking my message of just dial i got another number of mr. Jadhav (M-[protected]). Finally, i discussed with him & he assured to provide the connection immediately.

After waiting few hours again i tried to contact above frauds; but seriously, mr. Kailash jadhav blocked my number & mr. Hemant not receiving my call.

Till date i haven't receive any positive response from tikona & unable to work at home.

I understand the current situation w. R. T. Coronavirus. But it's self explanatory that till 21st march there was no restrictions from government.

Finally this is my humble request to take serious action against these frauds & tikona also.

In addition, i request consumer board to resolve the case with heavy penalty. I need refund as 10 times cause of my loss of pay (From my employer due to not working in home) & mentally harassment by the tikona executives.
