Hi,
I feel bad service from tikona. Since more than 3 to 4 days gone and issue is not resolve by support team. They always response in auto system, where there is always same message of 4 hours if we complain from mobile and if we send email then 3 days. But problem is not resolve, except it is automatically resolve. At last now only tikona.in site is opening, but i can not do new complain because once any complain is registered then we can not generate new issue. What is this ?
I think they need to use professional technician and should resolve problem soon.
