[Resolved]  Tikona Infinet Private Limited — Threatening Calls from Delhi, though their jurisdiction is MUMBAI as per their Consumer Charter

We are facing the same issue, a lawyer called Shruti sharma called us on 2nd Jan 2021 from respected Kadkadduma court, chamber no 108, to make the outstanding amount of Rs. 1800, she called at 4:00 pm and given us the deadline of half an hour otherwise she was going to file a legal case against us, after a little conversation she said ok she can give 1 hour time to make the payment (till 5:00 PM on 2 jan 2021) and told us that she is going to send us the direct payment link but she had sent the normal website link for payment after 2 hours (6:00 pm 2nd 2020). i had texted her that time only at 6:00 pm for clarification that if she had given us 1 hour window but sending us the payment link after 2 hours. i also asked her 1 point which is mentioned in TIKONA customer charter that every jurisdiction is subject to Mumbai court then why is hse calling from DELHI and asking us to present at delhi court, she has no answer.

Today after 4 days she called us again and asked for the payment (which we never denied) in half an hour at or before 12:00 PM on 4th jan 2021.

after a conversation when i asked her about her identity, which i guess a normal legal right of every Indian citizen she got angry and threatend us that she is going to issue a Summon against us to present at Delhi court, when is said that she is on a recorded call, she got more tempered and threatend us even on a higher scale and said i will show you my identity on court and disconnected the call.(when i said that Dear madam you are also on a recorded line)

When we tried to call tikona customer care on[protected], we got only to option 1 is dial 1 for technical issue and dial 2 to for billing and any other issue (talk to a representative), when we dialed option 2, we have received a response that - "thankyou for calling tikona" and line got disconnected automatically, this is how they serve their customers.

Even if you download their customer charter you will find in point no. 16 - "16. Miscellaneous
a. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The validity, construction and performance of the terms
and conditions of the Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in
accordance with the Law of the Republic of India. The Parties hereto agree to submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India."

you will not even find a boardline number to connect with them anywhere on the internet.

if you have any issue with them they will take their own sweet time (sometime MOnths) but if they have any issue they want to get it resolved with threatening calls that to immediately.

earlier we had some issue which took almost a month even we have written so many mails to them, few of them we marked to telecom ministries. DOT as well even then they have guts to take their own time in responding the mails.

we are going ahead to tackle this problem, if anyone has similar issues, we request them to write or comment on this.

PLease do let us know that if Jurisdiction is mumbai then why we are getting calls from Delhi (Respected) Kadkadduma court and other harassment calls from Shruti Sharma, we have the entire conversation on a recorded call as well.

Tikona does not has any boardline no. WHY?? if someone wants to connect with your concerned employees regarding their issues then there is no other way but to call customer care no. and that do gets disconnected the moment you opt for talking to a customer care executive.

We do also have previous mails on record that despite of sending mails, there is no revert on problem solving, even if you mark a CC mail to DOT or the Ministries but yes if consumer is not paying the dues becasuse of your pathetic services, you have rights to make harassment calls.

Tikona has 1000 ways to stop reaching their consumer to them for complains or any other issue, thats how they work.

1. Monthly Usage bills on time
2. Message reminders on time
3. Bill payment calls on time
4. Payment reminders on time
5. Sometimes a person on your door for payment collection - ON TIME or may be every day.

but when you try to connect with them you will not find even a single Boardline or landline contact details.
