I am facing Multiple disconnection issue every other day. I have sent 2-3 emails and also complaint number of times whenever my wifi goes down.

Hi,
I feel bad service from tikona. Since more than 3 to 4 days gone and issue is not resolve by support team. They always response in auto system, where there is always same message of 4 hours if we complain from mobile and if we send email then 3 days. But problem is not resolve, except it is automatically resolve. At last now only tikona.in site is opening, but i can not do new complain because once any complain is registered then we can not generate new issue. What is this ?
I think they need to use professional technician and should resolve problem soon.

Dear Sir,
I had taken your connection on 01.09.2021 after being a loyal customer of ION for 6 years which used OFC. On convincing of of your sales person, I took your connection which did not have OFC. He had assured o[censored]ninterrupted connection and best service for Tikona. However to my dismay, within one week of getting your connection, I started getting connectivity issues and latency problems. I was told to change the router as suggested by your technical person, but the issue did not solve.
Every time a complaint is made I get standard messages and emails that Tikona has checked the issue from their (back) end and everything is okay till my premises. You fail to understand that my premises should mean the point till the router in my house where your cable actually gets conneceted. But never a technician visited my residence except on 25.12.2020 that too after lots of calls to the Customer Care number. And in his presence also the disconnection occurred.
My issue still is not resolved. I work from home and access a virtual machine which requires a stable connection and a least speed of 10 Mbps. Thought my speed is 30Mbps, I face disconnection at least 3 - 4 times in a day. Every time the re-connection takes 30 to 45 minutes as the VM has to follow a certain protocol. Hence I have to use hotspot of my mobile internet putting an additional burden on me.
I was surprised when asked by your technical person on phone that if I am having problems since installation then why he could see complaint logs only from November. I had to tell him that I used my mobile hotspot for the Laptop work from home part. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was questioned.
Everytime I get calls from different persons from Tikona from different numbers and I have to explain the same thing to them over and over again. I had been asking them to disconnect the internet and give me complete refund subscription. On 31.12.2021, I have made clear my concerns to the Associate on phone who called me around 6.30 pm from +[protected] and he had said that refund would be done. After that I have not been communicated either through emails or phone or whatsapp chat.
In view of this, I have concluded that Tikona’s goods and services are deficient. Hence I plan to take this issue to appropriate consumer forums too. I had even asked them by email that in case I am not receiving reply within 2 days (i.e EOD 04.01.2020), I will be forced to take up the matter with National Consumer Forum.
You are now requested to refund my entire amount of Rs. 5, 650/- and initiate the procedure for disconnection thereafter since you are unable to solve my issue.

I have received a complaint regarding TIKONA SCAMMING PEOPLE BY MISLEADING - OFFERING UNLIMITED SERVICE PLAN AT LOWEST TARIFF POSSIBLE.
Once persuaded, they ask prospects to pay deposit money of about 2500/- rs. and later they revert stating that the services are not available in your area. Sometimes they will have you gpay the amount.
YOUR money WILL BE stuck with Tikona for years and they WOULD never respond to complaints & queries. This scam operation is managed by an office-based at Bhandup, Mumbai. (Full Address mentioned below). The couple of frontline sales scamsters are Riyaz[protected] & Mr. Ashish Mishra ([protected]) (the so-called area sales manager). Now, when you approach for a Refund, they keep disconnecting your call stating that they can't do anything about it.
WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE - THEY WOULD JUST TELL YOU THAT THE ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST.
WHEN YOU CONTACT BHANDUP BRANCH - THEY WOULD JUST PICK UP YOUR CALL & KEEP IT ON HOLD TILL YOU DISCONNECT.
WHEN YOU CONTACT SENIOR MANAGEMENT - THEY WILL TELL *JO KARNA HAI KARO* WE DON’T CARE.
Now, imagine if senior management has this approach then what would expect from the ground-level scam operations!!!
Perhaps, the government has laid down policies for such misleading & scamming companies under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1986 & 2019 FOR THE CONSUMERS TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT & GET JUSTICE. WE ARE FILING A CASE AGAINST TIKONA BECAUSE POSTING ON SOCIAL NETWORKING CHANNELS & FORUMS HAS NOT HELPED TO ANY OF THE 5550 COMPLAINTS REGISTERED HERE.
ANYONE WHO WOULD COME ACROSS THIS COMPLAINT MUST PUT THIS PUT ON THEIR FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN & OTHER NETWORKING HANDLES TO AT LEAST SAVE THE SUFFERING OF ANY NEW PROSPECT FALLING IN THIS TRAP.

Threatening Calls from Delhi, though their jurisdiction is MUMBAI as per their Consumer Charter

We are facing the same issue, a lawyer called Shruti sharma called us on 2nd Jan 2021 from respected Kadkadduma court, chamber no 108, to make the outstanding amount of Rs. 1800, she called at 4:00 pm and given us the deadline of half an hour otherwise she was going to file a legal case against us, after a little conversation she said ok she can give 1 hour time to make the payment (till 5:00 PM on 2 jan 2021) and told us that she is going to send us the direct payment link but she had sent the normal website link for payment after 2 hours (6:00 pm 2nd 2020). i had texted her that time only at 6:00 pm for clarification that if she had given us 1 hour window but sending us the payment link after 2 hours. i also asked her 1 point which is mentioned in TIKONA customer charter that every jurisdiction is subject to Mumbai court then why is hse calling from DELHI and asking us to present at delhi court, she has no answer.
Today after 4 days she called us again and asked for the payment (which we never denied) in half an hour at or before 12:00 PM on 4th jan 2021.
after a conversation when i asked her about her identity, which i guess a normal legal right of every Indian citizen she got angry and threatend us that she is going to issue a Summon against us to present at Delhi court, when is said that she is on a recorded call, she got more tempered and threatend us even on a higher scale and said i will show you my identity on court and disconnected the call.(when i said that Dear madam you are also on a recorded line)
When we tried to call tikona customer care on[protected], we got only to option 1 is dial 1 for technical issue and dial 2 to for billing and any other issue (talk to a representative), when we dialed option 2, we have received a response that - "thankyou for calling tikona" and line got disconnected automatically, this is how they serve their customers.
Even if you download their customer charter you will find in point no. 16 - "16. Miscellaneous
a. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The validity, construction and performance of the terms
and conditions of the Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in
accordance with the Law of the Republic of India. The Parties hereto agree to submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India."
you will not even find a boardline number to connect with them anywhere on the internet.
if you have any issue with them they will take their own sweet time (sometime MOnths) but if they have any issue they want to get it resolved with threatening calls that to immediately.
earlier we had some issue which took almost a month even we have written so many mails to them, few of them we marked to telecom ministries. DOT as well even then they have guts to take their own time in responding the mails.
we are going ahead to tackle this problem, if anyone has similar issues, we request them to write or comment on this.

I have sent email requesting my account closure and stopping of tikona internet services to [protected]@tikona.in on 14 December 2020 and on 16 December 2020. But since then i am getting calls everyday harassing for continuation of services.

Broadband services
I have taken tikona broadband connection in the month of october 2019. From the week i had this connection, i had lot of issues with connection unavailability. Despite multiple complaints, there was no progress/ improvement. I have requested for connection termination/ cancellation in the month of april 2020 due to poor service and frequent unavailability of service. Service request number: 1-[protected]. Tikona service engineer visited the place after two days of raising the service request and i confirmed him to cancel the connection. Next day, local dealer called and i confirmed the same. From that day till now, no one visited to my place nor contacted me about the issue. I did not even get any confirmation on connection termination. However, i used to get payment reminders via sms and emails. I also received legal notice kind of email for non-payment as per them. I have responded to those emails as well however, no response. I tried reaching their customer support and at that time, no response either via their customer support number or via emails. Yesterday i got a call from a lawyer in delhi (Mobile: [protected]) claiming that tikona is registering a complaint and threatened me of jail and penalties going till 85, 000 rupees etc. They also threatened that my cibil report will be severely impacted and i may not get any bank facilities. They made me pay rs. 2200 on the spot telling again and again the same threatening statements. I made a payment of rs. 2200 via paytm. This is complete harassment of customers and i do not want others to suffer the same. Mental humiliation and torture.

not disconnecting the services after several requests and harassing to continue

My connection ID - [protected]. i had subscribed to tikona services and paid the amount for the services upto 15/12/2019.
I have already informed tikona on their customer care email id several times from 20/092019 for the termination of my services and I have already paid all dues in advance.
However, despite of several communication i.e. mails telephonic conversation etc. Till date I have not got confirmation from their side in writing.
But today I got a mail from your company on bill and they have generated a bill for future for the period 15/12/2019 to 14/03/2019 which i supposed not use as i have already requested to close my connection.
As I had already requested, again requested them by email to terminate my services as I am not going to pay a single penny for the bill whatever they are generating. No one in that company is listening. However they are requesting daily on phone to continue their services wherever i go. i am not interested to further use their services and despite several mails they are not disconnecting my connection.

company took my money by fraud

Respected sir/madam, i am ashish pratap singh i had applied for internet connection on the name of my brother harshit pratap singh. A sales person comes to visit my home from tikona company.
The salesman name ratan contact number +[protected], said we have network availablity and can provide internet.
He took charges by online payment.
After 4 days he is telling me that we don't have network in your area so can't provide internet and after that he blocked my number.
I have contacted customer care of this company and thay are telling me you will receive refund after 30 days. How can they take my money for no reason.
I need my money now to purchase internet services from other company.
Kindly help me i am helpless now because that person have blocked my number. What can i do if they refused to refund my money back.

My billing account number is[protected]. I just got a mail stating that i have rs. 1500 pending dues as termination penalty charges. I am not aware of any such charges as nothing was communicated to me by the company. I have handed over all the devices and also paid all bills on time.
This is customer harassment. Please resolve this and remove this unnecessary charges.

fraudulent billing

Hi,
I took the tikona broadband connection account #[protected], on 20th nov 2018. This was a prepaid connection with quarterly renewal. After completion of 3 months i did not like the service and did not renew the service. I also raised a complaint for not getting the connectivity on my modem.
On 16th march i got a mail from tikona that if account is not renewed the service will be suspended (Email screenshot attached).
On 4th june suddenly i got demand email notice from them to pay 2800 inr. Since then tikona is threatening me and harassing me stating i have to pay the money or they will recover it somehow.
I told them this was a prepaid but they keep calling me and threaten me.
Please help me with this

On 16th march i got a mail from tikona that if account is not renewed the service will be suspended (Email screenshot attached).
On 4th june suddenly i got demand email notice from them to pay 2800 inr. Since then tikona is threatening me and harassing me stating i have to pay the money or they will recover it somehow.
I told them this was a prepaid but they keep calling me and threaten me.
Please help me with this

connection close frustration

My tikona details:

This is to highlight the trouble and harassment i am facing regarding connection relocation and refund concern. Tikona cannot transfer my broadband connection to my new location hence promised to refund the remaining amount however, did not see any further action since 15 days.
I applied for connection re-location (Transfer) last month. Your representative ingale - [protected] visited my new location and confirmed that connection transfer is not possible. He took away modem with charger. I asked for a confirmation but he did not provide a receipt. He said he will update the system today evening. This happened on sunday 7 april.
I did not see any further updates from tikona. I dropped a new email asking for the connection closure and refund.
I received 2 emails from tikona asking for modem and charger once again. Both emails were having new representatives names. First email was having sainath associates at [protected] and second email was having mr. Harshad at [protected].
Harshad has not received my call till date.
I contacted sainath associates at [protected] and informed him that ingale - [protected] already took my modem and charger. Sainath associates did not informed anything and dropped the call. I sent ingale's contact number to sainath associates and told him to confirm and close my case.
I did not receive an update from any one of these 3 representatives till date. I sent a new email once again on april 16, 2019 to tikona. I received auto-generated reply saying that i will hear in next 72 hours. But i did not receive a reply from tikona as well.
Please answer my below questions:
A. Why ingale took my modem and charger with giving receipt?
B. Why rest of the 2 representatives sainath and harshad are non-responsive?
C. Why sainath did not confirm with ingale about my modem and gave receipt to me?
D. How many days are required to close this case and process refund?
Please answer these questions.

I started facing connectivity issues from the very first day of commencement of services from tikona and registered the complaints time and again. But the problems persisted and finally resulted in me baring loss of rs. Twenty one thousand only because of pathetic network provided by tikona.
I have sent and email to tikona's customer care email id claiming for the reimbursement of losses in addition to the subscription charges and also for the mental torture i went through.

I requested to disconnect my connection but they have stopped rentals
Dear sir,
I was a subscriber of tikona internet provider in pune for about one year. I requested them to disconnect my internet connection on 22nd april, 2018 since i was relocating. I have called the customer care tens of times, mailed them multiple times to disconnect. I have recharged on 30th march for april month. Even i have used till 22nd april well before the month ends. Instead of disconnecting, they have stopped rentals only and send me a bill for may month with late payment charges.
They are doing fraudulent practices by sending bills. They said to pay for only 15-22 april month as their billing cycle starts from 15. Instead of sending me a bill for one week. They sent me for whole one month. Now they are charging with late payment charges.
Kindly take the appropriate action as they are doing the fraudulent practices.

I have taken connection on 7 jan but since that day my plan of 10 mpbs never worked as expected, they charged me 1533 for initial setup and one month rental, but all in vain, since day 1 i am getting poor speed and no connectivity. Engineer visited 5 times and nothing worked till today. I asked them to cancel the connection and refund the money as this is breach of service contract where i never got speed as per my plan and faced several dead days. Every time i ask for cancellation and refund they say please observe 5 more days and delay the discontinuation request. I don't wish to continue as they provide worst service and not even refunding my money which they charged me. I have called them n number of times and sent mails to appellate authority many times.
Please provide help in this.

Thanks for the reply, however I am not sure, which team is working on my issue(disconnection+ refund), as whenever they call me they ask me for continuation and assign engineer visit for resolving the issue. First thing I don't want to continue and second I want my money refunded into my account. Let's not talk about any other or third thing as tikona has failed to provide the service even for single day, not a single day I have got speed as per plan even for continuous 2 hours. So lemme know when do i get my money back, which you duped in lieu of 10mbps plan.

Hi Thanks for the information, but I had paid 1533 for setup and net cost, however not a single day net worked successfully hence I had opted for disconnection, not sure how come refund of 273 is issued to me in this case, which is not even less but unjustified.

I was not using intenet from last many times but he charged me but may be i have not informed him so i am liable for 1217rs. I have not paid so i receive notice from tikona. After two or four days, i was having one call from delhi police that your case registered in delhi so if you will not pay then we will take action on you. I know he was not police but payment collection agent. Then one person with police guide me how to pay through online. I need to pay tikona so i was ready for payment of 1217rs. But agent or police told me to pay 3217rs. Through tikona payment gateway and after 3 days you will receive refund but till date after 15days, no refund in my account.
When i discussed with company seniour customer care executive, she was told me that no refund policy in tikona.
Kindly take serious action on this fraud company or fraud person who is working behalf of tikona.
