The installation engineer cheated me saying that my home is with in the range of the tower. However after 40-50 calls to customer care and 10 engineer visits (all this in 2 months) finally, the area manager declared that the area is not feasible for a connection. I am asking for installation refund and the company stopped replying.
During the 2 months it is colossal waste of my time talking to all the useless customer service representatives who cannot understand my problem. Doing mistake is one thing and can be acceptable but trying to cover it up and wasting the time of customer is inexusable.
