I was using Tikona now I am shifting to other location they are not ready to disconnect my connection.Every month my bill is getting generated. I have made 100 calls but their executive is not coming to collect device.They disconnect my call when I tell them I don't want to use their service further. Tikona connection -[protected].I am seriously fed up with their call for lifetime recharge even when I am not using their service.their customer care is also hopeless fraud company Was this information helpful? | |||||

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
