[Resolved] Tikona — Internet connection discontinued | |||||
I have been a very loyal customer of tikona company. But from last 5 months i have been harassed by your company officials. I had discontinued the connection on last 23 august'15 and requested for disconnection to customer care you can track the history of my emails. But for some or the other reasons i have been receiving bills till date. I notified the customer care team many times but i got a single response stating that they will look into the issue. I even asked them to confirm me the details once every thing is settled. But till date no response. Finally today i am getting a call from delhi stating that a case will be filed against me for not paying the remaining bill. Till august month end what ever bills where pending had been paid by me. After that even my instrument has been submitted. I am very much disappointed with your service now with all this kind of harassment with a loyal customer.
