[Resolved]  Tikona — Internet connection is not working

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal, 700028

The tikona connection has been working intermittently for the last 2-3 weeks. The system doesnt seem to become ready even after waiting for 25-30 mins, and i'm unable to log in. The last time i was able to log in was two days ago, and even then the speed available was around 1mbps compared to the 4 mbps service i'm currently subscribed to. It has been non-functional since then.
Have repeatedly tried to contact on the customer service number but no one seems to be picking up.
Kindly resolve the issue asap else i will have to look for alternative service providers.

Tikona sent over an engineer on 12th June to resolve the issue after failing to resolve it remotely.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have sent out a mail yesterday mentioning the reference number. The user ID is [protected]. I had also sent out a mail to the team two days ago from my registered email, and have only received an automated response stating that I will be contacted within 72 hours. I am yet to hear back from them.

The issue was resolved on 12th June. An engineer came over to resolve the issue.
