[Resolved] Tikona — Internet connection, very bad service, cheater. | |||||
I was using tikona net from last 4 years, now i shifted to new location and i ask them to transfer my account to new location so they did't responded on that, so many time i called but no solution, so finally i called customer care and i asked abt deactivation of account, they said i have to pay outstanding amount then they will deactivate i paid amount again they had started my service i did't use any service because i was not there, after one month i got sms for new bill, i called again to ask why this bill as i already requested for deactivation, but my number was blocked it was not connecting to customer care, i did't paid that bill and i was waiting for there response after few moth i got a call from there recovery department she said i am calling from so and so advocate assistant tikona is file-ling case again's you regarding payment dues, i said to that lady that i want to deactivate but no one is responding so she said ok i will transfer this call to tikona manager so they will discuss, so she transferred call to a person he said your around rs. 2500/- is due you pay this amount and i will deactivate your service and will provide noc in same day, i said ok send me link and amount i will pay but this time please close this, in the same way i paid rs. 2560/ on that link it was tikona's online portal. After payment i called that person he said ok i will confirm you, then he did't informed me no response from his side, i tried so many times but no response, then i called to tikona cc same thing was there, finally i sent a mail to ccaabt this the incident, then finally i got a call from tikona she said after paying rs.2560/ automatically your account is activated so pay again rs.1000 we will deactivate your account, i said why i will pay amount again and again i did't use any service from last one year, it is your fault, i requested so many times i paid amount 2 times even i was not using service, i am feeling like cheated, these ppl are so shameless, customer want to close his account ready to pay but they cheat them. We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
