[Resolved]  Tikona — internet connectivity

They took money for 6 months connection and now they are not providing me the service. There is no connectivity since day 1. Customer care no is always on waiting and if by chance it gets connected they always have some technical issue when i asked for refund as i'm not getting the service they said they do not have that policy. So basically they took my money by false promises and not providing the service now. It's a completely fraud company who takes people's money in the name if fake service.
