Tikona — Internet connectivity Issue | |||
Hi Team, I am new user of your services, not even completed 2 months. I have been facing internet connectivity issue for more than 30 days and I am calling to the customer care almost every alternate days but still struggling for internet connectivity. Internet behave like a guest whenever want connect it otherwise 23 hrs goes in sleep mode. whenever I am trying to connect to the customer care it takes minimum 8 mins to connect the customer care. I would like to ask you a small question why Tikona exists ? because INTERNET Services and support. but your both are worst. I have already paid 3 months amount in advance but want to discontinue your service, So could you please suggest what is the procedure to refund the amounts. I got a net connection of 4 mbps 80 gb from tikona but it never works on time and they are not doing any thing for this, i'm preparing for ESL INDIA PREMIERSHIP and internet services are required for this pls help me...
