[Resolved] Tikona — Internet Connectivity Issues

HI Team,

I have mailed to Tikona care regarding the disconnection of my connection and even though I have called them multiple times. I got a call from you executive regarding the 5 days of free service so that they can resolve my issues. I then insisted for removal of my connection. After having a chat regarding the removal of connection, I again got a call and she told me to continue with the connection and the amount that is implied for those 3-4 days will be waived off as this is the fault from Tikona. I again got a call from you desk regarding the payment of my account. I need a proper resolution from Tikona else you can disconnect my connection.

Its a fraud company..They are take money from customer and doesn't give services.It's fraud ***** company. They are konwn for only (lukhkha).
