[Resolved] Tikona — internet connectivity problem / harassing for pending bills | |||||
My tikona customer id [protected] I have been using tikona broadband from jan 2017. Few months connection was good. Later it was getting bad to worse.. I have been giving complaints for slowness of speed and frequent disconnection of network but till now i haven’t received any permanent solutions. From may the connection was very bad and i have full paid full amount without asking waiver off. I had requested for deactivation also but one of their executive forced me to use. Then also i had same problem. They are keep sending bills without deducting for non usage. Now they are asking me to pay rupees 1300. Whereas i have used only 20gb out of 40 gb. From july 15 to aug 15 I have been asking them the calculation of rs. 1300. On what basis they arrived 1300. They are not ready to give basis of calculation also I have told them that i will pay the amount for the service which i have used. But tikona people calling me every day and harassing me for bill inspite of telling them that i will pay only for the days which i have used. Their exectives are not understanding about the issue, they are only asking money. I have stopped using Tikona service from last 3 months.Why i am receiving the bills ?
I had also paid pending amount and i had asked for NOC but i havent received NOC yet.
I had paid Rs.800 towards final settlement. i have attached receipt for your reference
Your legal team had called me for pending amount (Name :Sonam, Email id :[email protected], Mobile nos 8178619742, 9560086043)
and i have cleared all dues, If i receive any bills from now onwards then i have definitely sue Tikona for harassament.
