Tikona — Internet disconnection and lazy service

I am using Tikona internet from last 1 year . my Lan cable is broken 2 weeks before, I am calling continuously from then onwards but still no one came to solve my problem.Every time customer care representative assured me to send an engineer but no one came to resolve my problem.please resolve my problem ASAP otherwise I will go to consumer forum.
