Tikona — Internet has never worked and yet they have applied charges of not working internet

I am indeed the most dissatisfied consumer of this internet service. Tikona has never worked when it was needed by me. My internet did not work for months and after my serval requests to get my contact number change on the records they have failed to do so.Dissapointed with all their nonsense I tried calling the helpline and asked to disconnect.And yet they have claimed me with the charges for not using their internet.I wish I can sue the entire company for their misleading and disturbing service.
