[Resolved] Tikona — Internet is not working | |||
Hi, My name is datta kad and i am using tikona net services from last 6 months. However from last saturday (16th july2016) i am not able to connect the internet, so i tried to call the customer care number however this number is not reachable which is provided on internet. Then some how i got the customer care number and raised the complaint regarding net is not working on sunday and after that there support engineer visited to my place and said me that the server which is located near to my building that has been removed. So due to that your not able to connect. And he suggested me that you can disconnect the connection. O again i called the customer care and asked them without intimation how they can stop the net connection. So i asked regarding the reimbursement for my deposit and installation charges. So they directly denied to refund and they said sir we will be working on your query and you will get the call from our technical team but till date i didn't receive any call/update from tikona service center. Yes I agree on that your team is working on this issue, however till date I didn't receive any call/update from your team and your customer care executive told me that you will get the call from our team with 24to 48hrs but still I didn't receive any call.
Would you please confirm what is cutoff date to fix the issue or how many days it will require to your team to fix the issue/confirm.
