[Resolved] Tikona — internet is off and no response from tikona

My complain reference no is 1-[protected]. I registered my issue since 21st june, 2019 and after that i tried so many times to call on toll free number but everytime i got answer that your issue highlighted to our technical support team and they are working. They assigned service engineer visit and surprisely that person number is switch off. Neither that person call me once or i can able to call him as his number is showing switch off. They have facility to call and talk for commercial but no facility for technical part. I want to close my services but they are not supporting in that also. Was this information helpful?
