[Resolved] Tikona — Internet not connected last 3 months | |||
My customer id is [protected], I have been using tikona post paid connection for more than 10 months initially it was so good but last 3 Months I am not getting the connection properly. I have called customer care more than 100 times but they didn't solve the problem till now and they generated bill For not using the internet. then I called them to disconnect the service but they asked me to change the prepaid 1000 rupees plan they gave assurance to give uninterrupted service.
