Tikona — internet not working at all

Every time i complained tim get the automatic message that engineer has been assigned but o one comes to resolve the issue. I get the message next day that issue has been resolved and no one cares to confirm with client. Since day one their is a issue and almost every day i have complained about it. Tikona has cheated me and i want my money. It's a fraud company.

I don't need your sorry I want my money. By the way 15th oct my 3 month plans expires so please discontinue your service and don't use any cheap tricks of sending me Bill's.
