Tikona is fraud.
I have sent email about my issue 4 days ago. No resolution till yet. I wrote many email please provide updates in mail. But, Last 4 days no updates in mail. Every thing they are saying verbal.
I think they are afraid to provide any updates in mail because written fake promises can used as legal proof against them in Consumer court.

New internet connection advance paid 3149Rs but no service till now.
Today is 7th day, from last seven days I wrote mail everyday.But still there is no updates from Tikona in any email.
Please ware of this Tikona fraud.
Those are thinking of buying Tikona, Guys please do not even think about the Tikona.
You can see carelessness of Tikona from last 7 days, there no updates.

I took new internet connection on 20-feb-2016. First, it was not working last 7 days. After 7 days it start working. Now, i got msg my all 30gb finished. I have data meter in my pc and even in tikona self care portal it showing only 2.7gb uses till now. Why are you doing these kind of cheap activity.
I think Tikona is definitely a fraud company.
