Tikona — Internet not working, customers care not responding...

I took new Tikona internet connection but it not working, User Id- [protected]. I did not use Tikona Internet even for single minutes.

I called to customers care about this but they said we will send engineer to look into this.
But after 2days no one came till now.


Mail content which I sent to customers care.


Hi..
I am not satisfied with your Internet service and demo also.
Your engineer came and give demo said service will start in few minutes.
But service didn't started till yet. Even I called to customers support, they are not even listing to problems. I not satisfied even with customers support people.

One of your senior customers support lady said I have raised your cancelation request and your whole payment 3149Rs will be refund, but I didn't get any confirmation mail.

Why your customers care telling lie every time.
When I made my payment to Tikona.
He said if you are not satisfied with service your whole payment 3149Rs will be refund.

I need confirmation in mail about raising cancelation request.

Please refund my whole payment 3149Rs or I will go to consumer court.


After this email I got call from this no- and they we will return your payments. But when i said reply me in mail because you are giving me only verbal.
Then they said first we investigate this will took 20days .

Now, Internet is not working, engineer not able to resolve the problem. To investigate this Tikona need 20days time.

Same on Tikona customers care.

This new connection, I do not use internet even for first time and to investigate this, Tikona need 20days.

Please publish this so lot user will read this and they will not stuck in fraud of Tikona internet.
