Tikona — Internet not working, no proper response from customer care, no refund, 1kb speed

Hi, i am from madhanandhapuram and facing issues with tikona since may 4th. Whenever i call them, they say that there's a tower issue and will be fixed in 8 hours and never did.

They also called several times to pay the bill but dint check if the issue was fixed at all.

I called atleast 10 times to fix that issue as it was affecting our work. Missed most of the client meetings coz this internet.

Later i asked for refund (Since we didnt use the internet at all) no response from the team at all, we people do work from home and we were suffered alot with this.

Please dont go for this isp.

It's not like before how it use to be.

I would never recommend this for anyone
