Tikona — Internet not working since 2 month and executives are not responding | |||
Helllo, I am Arshad from Pune My tikona id is [protected].Your service is very bad daily I am getting problem in connection .My business is affecting due to your poor connection service and your executives nor responding properly and take my call on hold for 30 minutes or more continuous. No one is helping properly every one is lying and when I am telling them to transfer my call to your senior they are not transferring my call or holding my call for 30 minutes and more. I have to communicate with my clients daily I am facing too much problem due to internet disconnection.Please check y call history when I called your representative and look how they behave with me.
