[Resolved] Tikona — internet not working - unstable connection - speed problem from last 3 days | |
My internet has not been working with frequent disconnections from last 4 to 5 days and i lodged complaint on the tikona app thrice since the customer care number was not reachable and i got no response from their side, no engineer visits assigned. I finally decided to write a mail to the owner and the customer care id telling them about the internet problem i was facing and so far, no response from their side and so i finally decided to lodged complaint here on consumer forums. I have been a long-term user with tikona and i have been working from home for many years and my primary isp is tikona and i have not been able to work due to these issues. It is really disappointing that no updates were given from their side and no contacts were made from their end by any means. My account details are Cust id: [protected] and i have 60 mbps plan. Jun 11, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved The company assigned an engineer yesterday after lodging the complaint on the Consumer Complaints forum, it seems and the issue was sorted out in the evening. Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
