Tikona — Internet package renewal | |||
We have tikona broadband plan and are trying to upgrade for better speed since end of june however my current plan got auto renewed and they are forcing me to pay that first and then apply for plan upgrade request. i informed the customer care executive that i am ready to pay the plan change cost and the package cost however please adjust my bill and send me revised bill however i am being forced to pay for the old plan. Please note they are charging more amount for 10 mbps plan Rs 4653 against the new plan we want to take which is 30mbps @ 2394. This is unfair as they are auto renewing for less speed at higher cost and not letting the customer choose and change the plan but forcing them to settle the bill first which is from june 2021 to november 2021. I have not received any call from customer care. I had to forcefully make full payment and as informed earlier by customer care i placed a plan change request. But again they are asking for additional 1k which is unnecessary as already i have made an extra payment as they are charging more for 10 mbps whereas i need 30 mbps 6 months plan. Customer support number is useless as there is no way you can reach out to any executive.
