Tikona — Internet problem

I have taken Tikona connection a few months back. I have connection issue and called customer care and explained about the issue. They told we will send technical person to check the issue. The technical person who is not qualified just came to residence and wasted my 2 hrs time and went back without solving my issue. I have raised complaints but no response from them. I asked them to raise a request for disconnection, but they are not raising and tell our side is working very well, problem with your device. The biggest challenge is to call their customer care and land up at an approximate time between 15 to 20 minutes but most of the time our calls will be disconnected for no reason. Am totally fed with their bad service for which they charge fully. Regards Prem Kumar Chennai
