Worst service from any internet service provider ever. I got Tikona connection recently in Chennai. But last few days there is frequent disruption in connection, when I call tech support, the IVR says it registered and someone will call me and update me status after monitoring for 2 hours. But its been more than a day no one called me or updated me on the status and the problem still there. Also when I try to call tech support it doesn't give me any option to reach someone and says already they are working and gets disconnected. I will disconnect my connection once I finish my 3 months payment period. Worst service ever experienced. Was this information helpful? | |||
