My Tikona connection user id -[protected]
I have been harassed by Tikona over months and in the name of the lockdown due to covid I had to bear their poor internet service and cus tomer service because my money was paid to them.
I have raised so many complaints to them about the poor service and dropped so many mails. Even called their customer care number, but there has been or resolution.
Frustrated and disappointed I am trying to seek help
Every afternoon my internet becomes slow and this hampers my ability to work. I have sent them soo many screenshots of the speed tests conducted on their own website and they have acknowledged a few times that there is a issue but most of the days they just close my request at night saying the issue is resolved. Then again the next afternoon I have to follow the same procedure.
When I try to call them they say that I should call when the issue is happening.
When I call when the issue is happening they don't connect to a customer service representative and just raise a ticket which is closed at night.
I am frustrated by this as its happening for months.
I made a mistake of paying money in advance and hence I was stuck with them
Have attached a few samples of the speed tests.. I can send all the mail communications as well when needed
