I am a customer of Tikona since last 3 years . ID -[protected]. Because of good services in the past I am still using your service but 5 days back my internet stopped working . I called up your technical support team who told me that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and if not then they'll send an engineer to resolve the issue . I got an SMS saying that we have planned an enginner visit and the details of the engineer will be sent soon . 2 days past and no SMS was received neither did the engineer show up . On calling again I took the number of the engineer who on calling said that he was on off and will visit the next day at 11 . Since then he never answered my call . After that I called up your team again 10 times and the issue hasn't been resolved . The name of the engineer is Nikhil gaikwad and his contact number is [protected] . Please look into the matter and get my issue solved or disconnect my service . This is also an official complaint against the engineer mentioned above and against your technical team . Thank you .
