I have registered a complaint about my internet connectivity issue from 1 January 2016 but it was not resolved at all they promised a engineer's visit at my location but he didn't show up I tried 3 times from 4 jan to 23 rd for engineer's visit but TIKONA have not taken the complain seriously, and they send me the pending bill on 22nd January they are keeping me on hold every time I called. they are not taking my disconnection request which they say it takes 15 days to process but they are avoiding it. I tried calling them like 15 times but they don't give me any resolution please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
