I got my connection on april 8th, 2016(Customer id [protected]). The day i write this its april 15th, 2016. Do you know how many times i had to call the customer care for connectivity in 7 days. Well after the 10th time i lost count. Everyday morning after i am done with my breakfast, the internet connectivity will not be there. The computer will show network cable disconeected. I will call the customer care, tell them my sob story, and the reply will be- sir this time is your problem will be solved, permanently. They will say that they have raised a ticket and the same will be solved within (24 hours). At night someone will call and ask if the problem is solved and you will find it is. Again next day after your breakfast the connectivity is gone. What a service!!! So consistently inconsistent.
I paid 3 months of rental(Rs 2920) in advance which this company said will not be given back in case i terminate the connection keeping in view of this poor service. Is there any way to recover this money? Please help Was this information helpful? |
