[Resolved] Tikona — Internet Service | |||||
One of the worst company for service. I took internet connection in last week of August and paid three months charges in advance. After connection was active till now not even a single day I experienced service without disturbance.. Every day connection is not available for more than 6 hours.. Worst customer service.. You keep complaining for technical issue. They will answer in robotic manner. No communication via email. Customer service never revert emails and reply your concern. They only commit verbally. When I finally requested for disconnection I was told that issue will be resolved forever and we will adjust your plan and extend all lost days. Again nothing in writing. Now internet is not working since last 7 days. no follow up from Company. Appeal to all users not to opt for Tikona service in future. Was this information helpful? | |||||
