[Resolved] Tikona Internet Service Provider — Network disconnection | |||||
Hi, This is nikhil ghogare. My tikona id is [protected]. My biling cycle is current month's 15 to next month's 14. According to tikona customer care, i have used a maximum allowed data at high speed is completely used in first 7-8 days. From last couple of weeks my connection is getting disconnected more than 100 times in a day. I have a complaint history with tikona after every 2 days as i am facing issues with your connection. According to me the connection was getting disconnected withing every 5 minutes then how could i use the maximum allowed data in first 7-8 days. Which quite difficult unless i am using my network connection for commercial use. There are only two users in my family. Its high time now tikona is getting in my nerves.
