Hello, My Tikona Service number is [protected] I took this connection 18-may-2014. I was able to access Internet just one hour after installation since then connection goes down. I have called tikona technical support more than 10 times and I haven't received proper support. They said they will send an engineer to my place to rectify the issue but they did not. I have paid 2950 INR for the connection and for the first three months in advance. Kindly help me to resolve this issue or help me to get my money back. Thanking you, faithfully, Partha
