Tikona Internet Service Provider — Tikona internet connection not working from 30 December. Complained lot of time. But still not resolution comes out.

MY internet is not working from last 5-6 days. I have already complained lot of times to customer care. EACH and every time customer care says we are escalating technician for you but as usual on technician visited till now. One engineer assigned to our place but he not visited till now. I got a message on 30 dec 2015: Service request 1-[protected], User ID [protected] assigned to DEVESH KUMAR BHAKTA-[protected]. Whenever i call him he says i am not present in your area.
