The customer care does not care for customer.
If you face a problem on day 1, if they fix it, for them it is fixed to the extent that you will not get second time problem on the very next day.
If you call them on such occasions, their ivr disconnects the caller stating that the problem is already fixed!
If you send email they say use tikona app, if you use tikona app it says problem is fixed!! Further, they state email for billing related issues and not for technical support!!!
Is the above setup called as customer caring setup?
I think there should be some norms for service providers especially isps. I am writing separately to ministry of electronics and information technology separately to put a stop for such poor isps Was this information helpful? |
