Have been trying to terminate my internet connection in old apartment since we moved out 2 weeks ago on october/16/2017 account # is [protected]. They keep calling even after explaining to their service rep twice that i have moved don't need the connection anymore. Keep sending sms too. Have sent mail request to tikona customer care and gotten an automated sms from them saying i haven't used any data for weeks. Pl. Help terminate service
