[Resolved] Tikona — Internet services | |||||
Few days ago i have taken an internet connection from TIKONA. They charged for 3 months in advance and neither giving the services not even refunding. I have been tired of calling to customer care. They only says my problem is resolved in next 24 hours but its been more than a week nothing has resolved.. Now they are not picking my call and just disconnect... please take a harsh action against these guys. i have also mailed them several times but they didn't reply.. i want my refund... please do something..
