[Resolved] Tikona Internet Services — Fraud of tikona | |||
Hi sir, Rakesh this side I have pay all my bill liability to tikona through online payment of credit card. There is a equipment installed at my home of tikona after even disconnection of the services there executive even concern department not contact me for submission of equipment. They charge Rs.1498 against this they don't communicate with me regarding to this. They told me that they send me mail regarding to this but I don't have Internet services so not possible to check mails. Now I called up several times in there costumer care that take your equipment from my home, But they refuse and say that I need to pay for the equipment even after submission of equipment. Even I received calls from advocates regarding to payment. This is the big threat of tikona against customer who left them. Even you can make survey of this.
