I got a connection around three months back.. it worked okay except few bandwidth issues but last 15 days have been horrible. I have called multiple times and have not got it resolved yet.
I have raised a disconnection and refund request but they are not taking any actions. Even their engineers and helpdesk staff is not happy with management.
I request here by demand the refund of installation charges and compensation for the time wasted with customer care executives.
