Tikona — internet services not provided as per the plan | |||
Date: 16th april Few incident number with tikona: 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected],[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] Internet plan opted: 10mbps Speed received: less than 1mbps from past few days I subscribed to a plan of 10 mbps with tikona about over a month ago. Initially the speed was good but then i started receiving speed less than 1 mbps. After raising several complaints they assigned an engineer. I contacted that engineer, as his number was visible on the app notification. The engineer told me that he does not service my area and works in wakad, pashan area which is 15kms away from my place. Now i am not able to work from home and neither my husband since i don't have a proper internet connection. I service engineer is not so courteous. I have paid around 4900 for the service and have been complaining of the service from past 25 days. Desirable resolution: speed issue to be resolved permanently and a refund of 1 month where i was not able to use the services seamlessly with the experience that i my plan offered.
