Tikona — Internet speed and poor service | |||||
I have been getting 1/8th of my desired speed since the last 5 day, i registered my first complaint 5 days ago and many more in the subsequent days but for no avail. I get told that there's a back end problem that will be fixed within 24 hours every time i complain, Now i have no choice but to openly complain about the poor service of the tikona broadband.
