Tikona — Internet speed issue, worst service timely bill payment reminder and fraud | |||
Hi, My user ID is [protected]. I am using tikona since past many years. From day one onwards i am unable to browse internet properly. I have to call the customer care daily, they will say my problem will be resolved in 3 hours. But it never does. I had switched the plan from 2 MBPS to 4 MBPS because I had connectivity issue since 2 years so I decided to switch to 4 MBPS. Without any luck the problem keeps on persisting. Firstly I never get the speed as promised. Secondly there is water seepage from inside covering of the wire I complained about this to customer care but they keep on saying that "it's not our problem". Thirdly customer care sucks bigtime. Fourthy three months before they send a technician and that technician slole my iPhone earphones and 8 GB pendrive. Was this information helpful? | |||
