Dear Sir/Madam I decided to end Tikona internet connection after horrible experience Service disconnected from 18 th jan 2016 as per tikona care executive confirmation. I request them to send Email & SMS confirmation on service TERMINATATION from 18 th jan 2016 also please confirm I am not billed in future. With regards to your concern, we would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on that basis we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
